Bi-Polar Disorder: The battle between soul and the ego
Or as I like to call it "I can't be ME, disorder".
As a previous sufferer of this disorder (6 years), I have greater individual experience in this area. I personally see Bi-Polar as a blessing in desguise, a spiritual awakening so to speak, which I will explain in further detail as we progress. I have now transcended bipolar disorder, not because I fought it, not because I took medication, but because I accepted and embraced. That I came to love and understand myself. That the love, understanding and support of others, helped to be come to peace within the physical world where we live.
BiPolar is an amazing gift, if you learn how to tame the beast and use your spiritual powers to the good. If you look back in history, to the myth of Hercules. The characteristics of Hercules would coincide to those that someone would now be classed as 'bi-polar'. So you are now classed as having some form of problem. In Ancient times, you would have been described as a god trapped inside a human body. His stroy alone would be enough to mimic a modern day bi-polar 'sufferer', one where he is both cursed by the gods, but also provided with poweful abilities.
What is bi-polar disorder?
First of all, lets imagine Bi-Polar as a temporary stroke, with a cycle recurring within a varying side of the brain, . When the 'stroke' occurs in one side of the brain, the victim is then only using the healthy side of the brain. Bi-Polar is effectively a stroke that does not actually cause any damage and is not as extreme perceptionally as a stroke, but the effect is very similar. If for example, an individual has a stroke within the left side of the brain, they would for a period of time, by operating 100% with the right side of the brain. At this point, they see the universe purely as energy (The quantum universe) and forget the meaning of every word. 'Sufferers' of Bi-polar also experience this sensation, only a milder version. The individual is either operating under the influence of either the left side, or the right, but not completely one or the other (Around 75-90% influence of one side). So that's essentially why an indvidual would be bipolar (not necessarally have a disorder).

How is bi-polar disorder caused?
Apparently, there is no known cause and some even say it's genetic (vommits with laughter at this allegation). Take a look a the most common new sufferers of Bi-Polar, an age group ranging from 15-24. What happens to individuals during this time? What is the common link? Why does it appear to be mostly found only within the 'civilised' world? Is it merely not recognised outside this scope, or simply does not exist outside the civilised world?
It is possibly a result of left brain programming failure? The age range in which coincidentally, most young adults would be be subjected to the highest levels of this form of programming. A time when you are choosing which individual tasks you wish to specialise in (Specialisation is anti-right side). Well it's a theorey, but to me, I have without unquestionable doubt, belief that this is the primary cause. My individual mindset, ie my outlook of the enviroment (perception), is the reason why Bi-Polar became a dibilitating illness (I care about the humans of the world). Personally, I prefer to view it as a spiritual journey, the helps you overcome all the negatives of the world.
Symptons:
Ok lets look at the symptons of Bi-Polar disorder, which of course occurs in two equal and opposite states "To every action, there is an equal an opposite reaction".
Mania/Manic
Hyper Energetic, Hyper Creative/Inventive, Happy (in a sense), Bold/Confident/Fearless, Optimistic, Uncontrollable, abrupt, poor short term memory
Depression
Empathetic, Hypo Energetic, Lacking idea's, Depressive/Sad, Self loathing, Mousey/timid, Physical pain, pessismistic/sadistic, suicidal thoughts, lonely, Autistic memory
Ok, you may have a relative stable period between them at parts of the cycle, but basically your mentality cycles between two opposites.
Mania/Manic - The explosion of self
Hyper Energetic (Spiritual Energy), Hyper Creative/Inventive (Divine Intuition), Bold/Confident/Fearless (Higher frequency/Increased levels of harmony, determination to suceed without barriers), Optimistic (seeing the best of a undesirable world)
The Manic stage can be viewed as an 'explosion of self'. When your Ego collapses, your true self is released, your 'christ conciousness'. You become a being of your own universe, but within this one. You may think you are some form of messiah, here to change the world for the better. Ultimately, this is because in your own reality, you are. And you shouldn't be ashamed, anyone who wishes to be classed as a spiritual being, here to right the wrongs of the world, should be immensely proud of who they are. But this is not unique to you. The power of the christ consciousness is within us all, you have just been able to unlock this immense, freeing power, without requiring years of meditation.
Depression - The Collapse of the Ego
The ego is a mirror, your perception of self in the physical universe.
The depression occurs due to your return to reality. To view depression metaphorically. If you percieve the manic stage as 'being on drugs', that provide the ultimate high, the depression would be best desribed as it's withdrawel symptons.
Love and understanding are everything. If you understand the reasons why you are sufferinging from this illness, you understand what is required in order to resolve it. Bi-Polar disorder is something you require in order to heal the damage the world has caused to your soul Remmeber, your soul, your true self, is an infite being, released upon this plain, who views the inhabitants of the world with unconditonal love and just wants to be free to express themselves, without harming any others.
The Simple Rules
1. Rule one is the loss of Ego. The ego is not you, it's your Souls projection into the physical world. Be yourself, be the human you want to be and use the powers for the benefit of which you asked for them. This can be somehing simple, like just getting through life, or achieve something big. Meditation is a great method of helping you to find inner peace and understanding. It allows you to become balanced, bring forward the positves and removing the negatives. Learn to love yourself, you are an amazing human/spritual being, with great power within you. God made everyone eqaul, you are as great and poor as everyone else, but with spiritual powers bestowed upon you (right brain/manic). Learn to love yourself and life becomes easier.
2. Ok, so you will continue to switch in between left and right brain. This is not necessary a bad thing. You need to look at the function of the left brain in order to establish why this is not such as bad thing after all and doesn't mean you are entering into a depressive state. Yes, you will be slightly more lethargic than when operating in the manic state. It's noticeable because of the contrast (of course, you are no longer in posession of the same spiritual energy), but doesn't mean you have less physical energy than before. The reason you enter a depressive state is purely based on the left sides reasoning pattern. The left side analayses all data it recieves and all memories. If bad things happen to you, the future does not look so bright. The key here is to establish hope within the left side, by feeding from the right. The right creates the hope, the brighter future and provides this altrnative view to the left via memory. Once switching back to the left, the left see's a bright future and is therefore, less depressed or even optimistic.
3. The left brain is deprived of creative thinking. However, this side of the brain analyses and organises data very efficiently. This is useful in a number of ways. If you want to take in large amounts of data (reading, etc), it is best done when operating within the left brain. A greater amount of information will be absorbed and then organised like a computer.
4. Leave tasks/notes. When right brained (manic), you will have a tremendous amounts of creative thoughts and possibly tasks which you wish to perform. Despite the energy, it is impossible to complete them all or write them all down. You will probably try to do a million things at once and end up never completing any of them. As the left side is deprived of creative thinking, this is the time when you can focus on a single task. Use the right brain to set a template, use the left brain to complete the task in a linear fashion. When operating within the right side, short term memory is generally an issue. If you have things to do (meeting, etc), it would be ideal to keep something like a diary. They can be used together, as a bipolar programme schedule.
5. Find a key to the right side. Despite setting a brighter future for the left, it is possible to fall back onto hard times when switching. The right side can not only be addictive, but is the best way to overcome the depression. Find a key that triggers the switch to the right side (In slavery, it's called a 'Friday feeling', or a 'weekend'). I find certain pieces of music (Pachelbels Canon in D, in particular) help me achieve this, but this may not necessary work for you.
6. Learn to love yourself and others will begin to love you much easier. Explain to others that you have a condition, but that you need to be allowed to express yourself when feeling in a manic state. When in this state, you have views that can be seen as out of this world, so I find being with open minded people, to be a true beenefit for those with the bipolar condition.
I am not the only being that views bi-polar with a spiritual perception. I have found some videos of someones perception of bipolar, who go into detail of view mania as spiritual enlightenment rather than a mental illness. The viedo's offer greater emphasis, readings and results, than I do. They are extremely accurate. Check this out:

Out visiting one day, he became traumatised by the problems of the world. Reached enlightenment and became a spiritual leader rather than a ruler, amongst his people. Mythical figues (possibly based on real life human beings, with bipolar disorder): Jesus - Son of god. You now the story, the new testament. Jesus is based on someone who had 'bipolar disorder'. The Bible is largely exagerated, because it's a myth. But myths are mostly based on true strories. Death: Cruxifiction. Gave his life for what he believed. Ascended to become a higher level of being. Hercules - A demi god. Blessed with godly strength, but trapped within a humans body. Problems controlling his first manic state, a warrior (not civilised) murdered his own family, under the hallucination that they were his enemies.
